I nominate DB the IS DM in the West. His reps love him and he has had zero turnover since launch (while the rest of the region sits at a pathetic 50%). Since DB was an outside hire, he can actually manage without intimidating his reps. He's been the only DM in the west that has the balls to push back against JL. So kudos to DB, proving that there are good people in management.

I've been here over ten years. There are good managers. There are bad ones too. I was on a bus to the airport after a POA a few years back. I was sitting by a group who were obviously managers. They were talking about how they were in the middle of annual reviews and how they were handeling them. They were bad managers. That shout be enough. There are good ones. Just not as many as the bad.
 












The institutional managers are all puppets. The West and East regions are probably the worse. DB may be the only DM in the nation that hasn't fired anyone since launch.
 












NOT TI in COLUMBUS! This guy needs to understand how he impacts in a very negative way not only the professional well being of his reps but also their personal well being. He has to stop meddling in reps private lives. His continued poor management should normally be enough to get his ousted but if he continues to screw around with people's well being he will get what he deserves....

Mike Hunt is the best. Never sloppy or dripping wet with sweat. He smells great and is always ready for action. Always willing to take one for the team!

I think that comes from MW...the younger and dumber they are the more they drink his Kool-aid. There are several others in this region making reps feel the same way. Haven't you noted the massive turnover? And these are not poor performing reps, some are PClub winners! When asked they say it's because of better pay at other companies. Bottom line people don't decide to leave and take a chance elsewhere for money alone. People quit managers and culture!
