Hey, since you wrote this, things have improved even more!! Leading Urge Company has moved into the coveted Featured Review position. And to think, it was only on the job for a few days before the big promotion. Not a surprise. I'd give it even odds that whoever at Allshitty has the corporate account, identifies these featured reviews, gives the Allshitty response, etc probably either wrote or contracted out this review to the marketing firm.
And then the latest review boasts of how the place is on the upswing....and it comes from GT! My initial thought, since it's 5 stars, is that it must be phony bologna. But when I look closely, and read between the lines, I kind of wonder if it isn't a real post. My thinking? The line: "Also, coworkers who have been here for a while have a bad taste in mouth, that gets old." How I read this is that all the new people who are still in that honeymoon phase are happy, but everyone else who's been there awhile knows what a cluster that place is. The newbie hasn't figured out that the HR department at GT has a motto: Lather, Rinse, Rehire. After the 2017/18 mass exodus, a substantial percentage of the workforce had to be replaced, and the reality of how bad things are there just hasn't set in. Yet.
If someone could get the "Upswing" author a message: please let us all know in six months from now, after you've had a chance to taste reality, just how much that upswing was real and how much was an illusion. Don't be embarrassed, many past employees fell for it too. And there are a LOT of past employees.
