agree 100% with this. Rowinski is well liked but let’s face it, he did squat with two big launches. Black Lung will yield even worse results with much less likability. The fact that the company has put these two in charge of Sales when neither had Sales Leadership experience tells you how low the priority is in their eyes. Lanciotti is a self-important kiddie back back wearing blow hard. He probably keeps his crayons and pudding cups in there. Braun is quite frankly, an idiot. Lerch’s wife works in the cushiest of departments and does nothing except make inane posts on LinkedIn about what she’s learned instead of actually creating anything of value.
