Best DM's

Ok, we get all the bullshit posts of disgruntled jackasses that love to talk shit about the managers that probably just called them out for the lazy, pieces of shit that they are...

Now lets see some people stick up for the good ones out there..

The best DM in the history of this industry was Bobby McCauley. He was supportive, knowledgeable and stood up for his people. He was let go in one of the Ciba Geigy downsizings. The new crop of Dm's couldn't carry his jock strap. His kind of DM will never again be seen in this industry, sad, very sad.

Wayne Pflanz is a very good DM. He has loads of experience, is fair and realistic, but most of all supports his reps. He has gone to bat for us many times. He has high expectations, but lets face it, how can you argue with his results. He has promoted most of Wisconsin adn won about 10 Presidens Clubs.

There is another DM from that area, as well, that I thought to be a very nice person. Her name is Nancy. (I forgot her last name ) Short Blonde funny.

4AJQ2eI had a great DM, but with this board I'm sure as hell not going to post her name and watch you all make crude comments. There are some left, but unfortunately, the good ones like my previous either get promoted or leave.

This joker actually believes the reps in his district should "FEAR" him".

Is this indicative of the new Novartis management style here or what?

"Fear him"?? hahahahaha He must have a small penis. Then again, all the managers at Novartis MUST have small penises. It's a prerequisite. Even the woman - and yes I meant "woman" not "women"...hahahahah
