It’s all competitive. Some of our CMF guys make way way more than others. Competitive hires have huge commission bumps from the regular reps in the field. You bring over business and our company will 2x or 3x the normal base commissions. If you’ve been here a long time as a long time producer you probably have had your area cut and money taken away. The new guys always get more love.
 


















Some of our Midwest guys are in the 40k+ take home monthly so I assume that’s over the reps normal take home.

Nationally there are a few spots where reps have been offered 30% give or take a few percentages for their base commission structures. In a 200-300k in sales per month territory. You do the math. Plus they get these deals locked in for 3-5+ years at a time.

this is special or unique to stryker. there are many top device companies that offer huge guarantees for competitive reps coming over and higher comm rates, all while having a much less bullshit filled job like being a trauma or cmf rep. those are facts.
