You obviously don't work in oncology here. Salaries went up, not down, in order to be more competitive with other oncology companies.
Nice try.
they did for everyone moron
You are such an idiot and completely missing the point. I would bet my job that oncology makes more than any other BU here. There is no arguing that. Get over it and move on already. Geesh.

Only the brightest in oncology, call HR and ask if you make more. You don't. Also Onco has the highest retention problems
It's because other oncology companies want their experience and will pay a lot of money for it. I don't see recruiters calling your phone everyday, because bone health reps are primary care hacks and INBU is glorified PC/some specialty experience. Anyone who has been in this industry for 5 years has some kind of specialty experience. Very few have oncology on their resume. You guys crack me up! I'm laughing all the way to the bank, no need to call HR.
True oncology companies don't respect amgen. On the rung of oncology companies that are respected, amgen is on the bottom. Hence why OBU reps here are stuck and good onc reps don't come to
Amgen.
Come on now, you know this isn't true. We have had a lot of reps leave for other oncology positions in order to go to other respected companies (Genentech, Spectrum, Merck, just to name a few). If these companies didn't respect Amgen's oncology experience they wouldn't be hiring so many of us. You sound like another bitter Onyx employee who can't get over the fact that Amgen bought you. Enough already. You look ridiculous saying the same crap after two years.
Get a life ya anonymous big shot loser.
Exactly the response I was expecting from your type. 2nd grade responses normally come from an elementary mentality.
