Curious what the range is and Max is for obu?

120-165k base, depends on experience and how much (especially if any of that experience is in oncology). There may be a few outliers on either side of that range but I feel very confident in those numbers, based on my salary and a couple of friends in the OBU.

That being said, oncology gives you the ability to be recruited and get an even higher base, if you choose to leave. I know people who were making more than 135k that left for 20-35k more, depending on the oncology company.

Bottom line...oncology offers more (in terms of long term financial gain, period). I don't think this is true in either the INBU or BCBU.
