Why we still have the BH unit is mind boggling. They are barnacles on the ship's hull. That is all!!!

Must be easy to pull your weight when you’re selling Sublocade and have all the CJ reps helping you get into jails, and the MSLs on your side at your beck and call. Did you know MSLs don’t even consider themselves “Perseris specialists?” When we ask for them to reach out, we’re told they’re going to reach out to a Perseris specialist for us. Yeah. Sublocade has all the resources and moving parts behind it helping you assholes out, and yet you shit about the Perseris reps, who only have themselves. Would love to see you out here slinging this shit yourselves, maybe then you can talk.
I agree with this. The addiction side of this business has multiple reps in each territory, has the backing from CJS and Health AD, way more support. If you haven’t sold Perseris then don’t say we aren’t pulling our weight. We are most likely trying harder than you because we are basically alone in our territory, with 6-7 competitors with another coming out later this year. It’s very difficult and we are trying our damn best. It’s a grind out there in a very challenging market. So don’t judge or say the BH side isn’t pulling their weight when you most likely haven’t been in our shoes. Again, you have the 100% support from all areas within the company.
So what does that tell you ?
They changed division names to separate BH from OUD, one product is supported and the other is not, one is hitting their numbers and the other is not, It's because Perseris is a dramatically inferior product when compared to competitors. How long until the company is fed up with this bullshit and lets the BH go?
that's the thing. it isn't inferior at all. It is the 18 gauge needle that hurts and nurses don't want to use. Also our territories are so large so checking back isn't possible like Janssen and Teva can do. SoV is real.
And no transition of care at all. We ask to be told when an injection is given so we can follow up out of the hospital or phf. But the discharge worker has so much to do and then the hippa concerns. It is rare to get the info and even then it is likely to not be compliant.

you clearly have no idea what you’re talking about in terms of Perseris being “inferior” we actually sell our asses off against multiple competitors. You just worry about your goals. How is BH really impacting you personally? We have families to feed dumb ass

Sublocade sells because everyone works together; it’s not a one-rep show. Sounds fukin easy if you ask me.
you have 1 product…one. Have a message and a close, repeat it 7-10 times a day. It’s not fucking rocket science. The BH division contributes zero to the organization.
