Beaudean

Radman, Darryl Jerrod, Scott Zelenski all put their name in the hat and I believe there was one more who I’m forgetting.
How is Radman still there? Geez, does he have pics? I heard from a couple of reps how things are miserable and the feeling is things will get worse. This company needs a true reset from the top, to the R&D, to the product and marketing managers, all the way down to the Sales/Education trainers. The reps have no fault in this should management continue young and inexperienced reps to push there widgets. Doctors sniff that out and don't take these reps seriously.

It’s pretty miserable. Not sure what you are asking regarding Radman/pics, but other than forwarding ridiculous “over $5k orders” with ZERO context, he’s apparently sulking, relatively quiet, and unusually hard to reach. I have no idea how’s he’s lasted.

Zimmer, Inc. and Zimmer Dental, Inc. brought this action against former employees Scott Sharpe and Scott Beaudean for breach of the non-disclosure, non-competition and non-solicitation employment agreements, threatened or actual misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of duty of loyalty, seeking both injunctive relief and monetary damages. In the May 15, 2009 order declining to transfer jurisdiction of this matter to the Eastern District of Louisiana, this court noted that the defendants raised the issue of whether Louisiana or Indiana law applies to enforceability of the restrictive covenants in their employment agreements. The court invited the parties to submit briefs on that issue and now finds that Indiana law applies.
