I read your post and one you are responding to. I see both points. Thing is some reps who got hired after 1/2019 to fill for reps who left came into shit territories regardless of plan coverage. Prior rep didn’t do job so they don’t even have a base of scripts or goals to catch up too. These folks are starting from ground zero and didn’t have a year to profile or whatever. I talked to a new hire and this person was told by the RSM who since left that the territory was in the top 20 and it’s in bottom. Rep called a few other people at Sun and those people were instructed to lie about territory. So in this case, “Sally” got screwed. Can’t always blame MHC and can’t always blame rep’s ability to sell.

if you get shit for this, then just grind out a year, and look for another opportunity. if they don't give you shit, and you like the manager, ride it out.
