SUN did not lie. You Ilumya bozos just did not do the right homework. SUN's reputation was out there and the Merck Tildra data was published. KOLs knew the story. You just did not ask. It's like offering a review without reading the book. You get what you deserve. Good or bad, if you had expected SUN leaders to tell the entire truth and not sell the open positions, you are foolish. Survival to the fittest and the fittest have already left.

This company is currently only sustained by Dilip’s dwindling pockets.

WHEN (not if) he decides to pull the plug on this total failure of a branded business in the US, 80-90% of the people will get 2 weeks severance. A handful have been here more than 5 years and will get an extra week.

Tildra data was part of the FDA submission for approval. It was out there and many of the key psoriasis KOLs were part of the SUN study team. Most were also on the Tremfya study team (and several others). You did not ask. You deserve what you got after lounging for a year waiting for the launch to happen.
 






All the TM’s I know are spending 100% of their time trying to get the hell out. Also, my RSM told me they are looking to cut people (w/o severance) who aren’t give 100% in the field.

We all know working in pharma a territory’s success can all come down to coverage. Some states had favorable commercial coverage at launch which those reps were fortunate to have. Other territories’ access blows and or have as high as 65-70% Medicaid. A lot of factors go into performance and it’s not for lack of effort of a rep. There are rockstar reps who are in bottom third and they are killing themselves everyday and some in top who are coasting with great access, one hour territory circumference, and a couple speakers writing. Look no hate here at all. I like most all the reps I’ve met on this team. Launch has been a cluster and that’s upper management’s fault. Hopefully with the two NSDs that resigned things will hope to get better or at least truth be told more.

I get so tired of people like this in the industry. They suck at their job, and always justify it by blaming managed care. I am in an average MHC territory, and have been on 4 trips in my career. So even if you were screwed at launch, your goals have now caught up and are much easier than those that crushed it. Learn how to sell, Sally!

I read your post and one you are responding to. I see both points. Thing is some reps who got hired after 1/2019 to fill for reps who left came into shit territories regardless of plan coverage. Prior rep didn’t do job so they don’t even have a base of scripts or goals to catch up too. These folks are starting from ground zero and didn’t have a year to profile or whatever. I talked to a new hire and this person was told by the RSM who since left that the territory was in the top 20 and it’s in bottom. Rep called a few other people at Sun and those people were instructed to lie about territory. So in this case, “Sally” got screwed. Can’t always blame MHC and can’t always blame rep’s ability to sell.
