Thank you for the info here. I am currently interviewing with Bayer and one other company. This is extremely useful information.

Do not take a job with minority managers. You will be hurt by them big time if you are white.over half of the expansion reps quit 1-2 mo after vitrakvi was approved. The original sales force treated the newbies like shit, even though we all had way more experience on oncology than they do.

How much do the nurses make? Mine never works in my territory EVER.

Same is true for WHC base salaries. Very low bases, but IC is decent[/QUOTE

Bases are low for WHC and ONC. Quota aren’t reached typically. Managers across pharma are all green and clueless. Don’t know if culture can be changed because no one wants to listen to field.

Took Vik reps and made them Primary care urology reps. Did the same for three Vik mgrs.

I left because my manager was an asshole and the people on my team were all back stabbers.

Amen to that. My manager was a self promoting snaggle tooth squeezed into a sheath dress and the team was from hell. Thank god I found something a million times better.
