Base salary % increase at Year End Review

1.8% increase, now at $87,500. . . 5 years with Merck pluse 6 in industry. Old gal and think this is so fcking stupid. I was asked why I was not even interested in "working" to be an "executive" rep. LMAO. Oh, I don't know: Because no one on the outside cares whether I was a senior or an executive anyway since working for industry is like having "used car salesman" on my resume. Oh, God, just leave me alone and let me do my job.

Good increase considering, sounds like manager likes you.

Well, the SP employees really got screwed. None of us have high bases and most of us are hospital or specialty. I have 12 years and my salary is 91K. I counted on that 45K bonus from SP and Merck's bonus SUCKS!!!! They can bite me. I am now doing as little as possible and when management looks my way, I will smile like this is the best place to work on the planet. What a crock. My PCP counterpart makes 11K annually more than I do. SP told us that we would be brought up to Merck's standards for salary. I guess that was a lie too. Honestly, I thought for sure my salary would go up by 4 or 5 percent. I got 1.5%! What a joke.
