Let's compare the range of raises. Post the % raise received during YER.
Raise eh, I got no raise and put on a plan for not increasing market share of my portfolio product enough.
Reps will each get an average of a 1% merit increase and top executives will each get at least 1 million dollars' worth of stock options. Definite disparity considering the top executives did more to destroy this company than the reps.
Oh hell!! I'm glad just to have paycheck and to be working at least one more year until lay offs strike again. It's inevitable that it will happen with Singulair going off patten in 2012. Just make sure you shine on your competencies and kiss your mgr.'s ass. He/she holds the keys to your future at Merck. Everything will be alright.
I ended up in the top 25% and based on the love I was shown, would hate to be in the bottom bucket.
