base pay for lifevest?







Can you please confirm base pay thanks -sounds like commissions are low

Base pay is 75K..commissions are all or nothing, so if you don't make your goal you only get your salary. You will work your butt off for 75K and end up making 90-100K for giving up every weekend, holiday, birthday and your soul.

They are always looking for ways to pay you less, especially after you come on board and sign that non-compete agreement. So, I would guess this is more than likely true.

Your correct. Car allowances will be determined on a regional basis. Get ready to take the bus. Plan will drop from $128k to $125k. Company looking to decrease sales costs by $2M. Benefits are the hit for next open enrollment, plan for $60 increase/month and changes to high deductible.
 






Their experiment with adding head count and cutting territories has caught up....giving reps 3 accounts with this product is crazy and pretty unfortunate! Each rep should have 4-6 hospitals. This would make sense to everyone. Then again there is that commission plan. Don't come here unless you're unemployed or have no physician call point experience.
 












Solid product. People are going to complain no matter what.

Thank you Senior Management for that brilliant statement! Hopefully that will continue to persuade more pharma reps to "get into device" and "wear scrubs"...

The product is NOT solid! Physicians, NP/PA's, nurses, and patients alike complain about it. How is it possible, in 2014, to have 3000's in circulation???

If the product were SO solid we would have RCT's, be a class 1 indication, and be in guidelines! With a ~2% save rate, high copays, and decreasing coverage the business model will change and sales reps will eventually become obsolete in favor of distributors.

Oh, and our innovation (5000), in an industry that is driven by technological advancement, can't be mentioned because the powers that be are all engineers by trade and have to milk every last dime out of existing products (3000, 3100, and 4000).

I have been here 2yrs and have the majority of "appropriate" low ef pts, HF included. I am not sure where I can find the growth! I also find it insulting that now they want to put a SSR in my area and jack my quota again through the roof. WTF how does having a SSR "create more sick patients". This company has their head up their a...

It is crazy that they say they worry about the high turnover rate, yet it is so obvious to see why that is. They practically push us out. Do they really not know why everyone leaves??? Or are they lying when they say they want to change it? Bizarro-land!
