The 3 of them are royal douchebags but make no mistake...they are puppets in the palace! Weiland is pulling all the strings which means 2012 comes up short on the EPS side. He along with alcohol induced Ring, need to extend the charade and must have sold a bag a shit story to the Board of Directors that this is a great strategic move. They need to reduce operating expeditures to hit the EPS number in 2012 and this is how it's done. The question one should ask is what is the opex savings that will fall directly to the bottom line next year? Companies do need to evolve with the times but it is always done when the senior mgmt in this company has to cover their chicken shit asses with Wall Street. That is the game being played and what it will ALWAYS be about! Wake up and understand how Corporate America operates...its very rare a company truely cares about its people...it's about the bottom line and bonuses and this company and these assholes are no exception!!!

I find it ironic that Jim Beasley, David Blaber, Dave Hemink and the rest of the BAS Management Board demand and expect discipline from employees, yet their upper management own team is a complete shit show. How does something like this leak out? How can any of these clowns command respect, trust, and integrity from employees and yet not practice it themselves? This is not just isolated to sales. I am concerned as a TM that we have not only lost great sales employes, but that BAS has lost engineers, regulatory, marketing, and customer service employees. Why does this happen? Responsibility lies management and it is further evidence that they don't have a fucking clue how to run a company. By the way, this is not the first leak? What about the cluster acquisitions that have not gone done? Carmel Pharma anyone? If you are not in the good ol' boys club, smoke cigarettes with Beasley, or giving Blaber blow jobs, and dare to question Bard cronyism, you have no future. I'll continue to make money at Bard. I am a good rep and I am not nervous. But I do not want to continue to work for people who do a hatchet job on their own damn employees' lives. Jim or Dave, if you are reading this, your violent execution should be on the competition, not your own fucking employees. Enjoy your million dollar bonuses you assholes.

Interesting that none of the "blame" on these boards is being put at the feet of the people that failed to put another product line in my hands for the last several years. SL could only stand on its own for so long. Everything else is just a diversion and it makes you wonder why these posters think it so important to point fingers in the wrong place. Thankfully I've got a lot more to bring to my customers now. And if even half of what i am hearing is true, a lot more to come. We will see, but anything is better than the nothing we have gotten.
