Just got off call with my manager. We are getting rolled into taltz salesforce and that they are going to "correctly size" the salesforce and to expect cuts from both sales sleeves!

We have been elevated to the highest and most prestigious sales sleeve at Eli Lilly and Company and it is good since we are the hardest working and the most capable and prolfessional sales group.

We will take the Dermatology reps under our guidance to help them grow and develop to become good like us. We are on higher pay levels and will take this honor seriously to help others.

Ranking from top to bottom Sales sleeves are:
Top Level: Rheumatology and Oncology Reps (the best in the company!)
Mid Level: Derm reps
Low level/PC level reps: Neuroscience and all of the Diabetes PC and Speciality Reps

We Rheumatology reps are the best in the company and are blessed and as leaders will lead the company to a successful future. We will help and will train those reps below us. Once they see us they will strive and hope and dream to become elite Rheumatology reps just like us! Fellow reps never forget we are the gold standard of sales reps at Lilly.

that is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever read. You’re selling nothing and probably can’t even spell forteo and lucky you weren’t cut. You could learn a lot in humility and common sense and get a reality check. And if bari gets delayed you will be gone. Arrogant asshole. Praise the Lord
 
























to Rheumatologists! Everyone knows access to Rheumatologists is minimal at best...admit it, folks. The ROI calling on Rheumatologists is little and this is yet another example of poor leadership not knowing when to cut their losses — Rheum sales force.

With as few Rheumatologists and Derms we have access to, Derm reps could easily call on both. We are twiddling our thumbs doing nothing and stumbling over one another... for God’s sake, do your job management and cut the extra fat that is the Rheum sales reps! Be courageous and do what you are paid to do an that is LEAD!
 






Bari reps are the Premier reps in the company and there is no way the company will get rid of us. Not only are we anointed as the best by management but we have be anointed by Jesus. Our commitment and brand to being the best is why we are taking the floundering Derm reps under our wings and showing them how to get the job done!

Go Rheum reps and never ever let the negative people bring you down! Jesus will continue to bring us success!!!

All jokes aside- the Rheum folks have A LOT more experience and success than our derm counterparts.

That said I don't disagree that we could easily have a combined salesforce of Derm/Rheum when you take into account access and that Bari is unlikely to get approved.

Amen! Rheum reps are the best. Although not the best news today Jesus will take care of us and ensure success even at 4 milligrams. Praise Jesus!
