Bankruptcy

Yes, our local Seattle biz rags have ragged on Dndn and bankruptcy.

Nobody who quotes them need fear slander suits (what crap!)

Yes, the bondholders were the victims of the scam that should put our Golden child in jail. As long as he's on the board, dndn will defend him and he'll prevent a sale as the next ownership would let him do his jail time in a heart beat.

But, the bonds are due in 2016. The company has a long time to right the ship. Unless the bondholders get together to sue our Golden boy for fraud (an option I might opt for if I were them), this won't be the thing that determines our success or failure.

Sorry, I'm a lab guy, I still love the science and want to succeed and cure cancer, is that nuts?

I like your style. It is refreshing and I hope you post more. Yes there was some idiot trying to claim that Americans don't have the right to opine.

The Golden Child remains on the board so his legal fees can be paid by his shareholder victims. He will be a director after his COB staus ends on June 30, 2012.

I am actually quite surprised that the bondholders have not sued yet. Most junk bonds were originally junk bonds so the buyers of the bonds can sell those bonds when and if they need liquidity. The buyers of DNDN bonds less than 1.5 years ago were not buying junk bonds. They bought at par for market rate. Now those bonds are virtually illiquid for those original buyers. The option to convert has been rendered worthless as well. I am a bit surprised you didn't mention the shareholder suits and the federal investigations. That whole bond offering pales in comparison to the billions already lost by shareholders due to the Golden Child's and executive committee's crimes of greed.

You are not nuts to want to cure cancer. Keep up your mission and be proud. America can do better and will do better through the hard work and ingenuity of the American people. Those who want to take down America through crimes and greed and abuses of power are hurting the very people who are trying to bring America back. A loss of freedom would be fair justice here. Keep up the good work and keep posting here.

Excellent post (for a lab guy ;)). No. You 're not nuts. You have something which is very much lacking in the higher ups at DNDN: integrity, devotion to your work and a desire to make the world a better place. Keep up the good work.
