What are we doing now days? I think we have lost our minds or we are trying to protect our jobs with busy work. I was on a conference call about a pay plan and I'm not sure who came up with that plan and or why. Mgrs are stabbing people in the back like crazy. I think BA is making everyone nervous. I think my mgr is interviewing to get put and they are trying to push people out.

Ding ding! Y'all heard it here for last year or so about the cost cutting knives about to be unleashed. Don't worry as it will be beyond the reps and include management consolidations that will decimate the layers of management and these fired ex-bosses will be fighting for rep jobs - LOL.

As it has been said before - biosimilar threats to the 3 cash cows Avastin/Rituxan/Herceptin are real and around the corner with patent expiration. Bean counters in Basel are sharpening their Swiss blades.as after all sales & marketing are indirect spend ripe for chopping off.

If they give you a partially meets at mid year, they have marked you to go, regardless of what they say. They will lie straight to your face. Another franchise is about ready to be severed up. Stand by.
