Here is how I see it. FS and OC need to move on. The decision making on RSD SE was awful and other franchises are mocking us. Incentive Comp is broken and there is little accountability and awareness at the top. The emperor truly has no clothes.

As a CS who has been watching this unfold since the Intermune buyout I have to agree. The assimilation is complete into the hive and queen bee OC isn't cutting it. Time to move on. To all my Intermune legacy CS peers, there are opportunities out there.
There is always a franchise which feels that way my friend. Give it time, red headed step children don't stick around long........

Yes, Genentech was good to us. Which is only fair, since they took our great little biotech opportunity and turned it into big pharma nonsense. Oh well, the good reps will continue to escape this ridiculous cult.
Haha what world were you living in? Genentech swooped in and saved your job, saved the product and gave you opportunity! Intermune was a disaster! Intermune couldn't even launch this drug! Remember ECC? ECC couldn't was even functional , Intermune DM's clueless, the reps clueless about selling speciality drugs, and couldn't even get an SMN in properly. Complete debacle! This drug is a dog and if Genentech didnt save us we would be at Intermune bankrupt, out of a job, and stock down to 0 a share. It was a one drug company and seeing how this drug's sales are so weak it only means Intermune would have gone bankrupt. HA HA great biotech opportunity!! HAHA clueless!! Esbriet reps are the worst in the company and everyone knows it. See the turnover? No other franchises like it

Yes, we made a ton of money launching this drug. It was great while it lasted. Since then, so many crazy things have happened which have made most of motivated enough to look for other opportunities. If things can settle down for the better, they will retain good reps. If not, we will do what is best for our careers. It's that simple.

Well said! The Genenjerks don't get it. They have spent too much time drinking the Kool Aid by the gallons, and now they don't even recognize a bad situation when they see it. Maybe the other franchises are different...I will never know. Yes, the company was very good to us and we made good money, but those days are long gone. Let the haters hate
Be proud of what has been accomplished on the Esbriet team. There are a lot of good people in the field in sales and on the CC team. It could get better, there just needs to be a change of leadership.
