Bad news for expansion classes

I give up. Not at all impressed with hiring process they leave you hanging, make empty promises of follow up. Crazy frenzy of speedy timeline one week and then nothing but lies and deceit for TWO WEEKS. Unprofessional and lazy. See ya Amarin you actually suck.

Have you been observing the “news” with our company? Be glad that you were passed over. We all are looking for jobs.

I was told I got the position but offer letters won’t be going out until OCTOBER??? Why is there a delay with an OFFER letter? Something doesn’t sound right. Can someone honestly tell me the reason why there is a delay?

When I was hired last year, they pushed my start date back by 3 weeks and offered me $1000.00 less in base than what was originally verbally offered. Made excuses about being a small company, HR being overwhelmed, and directives about base salary having been unclear and miscommunicated.

A buyout is brewing. How could it not?!?!?

It's not a matter of when or if, but who.
We will get the sNDA this fall!! In order to get top dollar for this company, we need to have our sales force (expansion as well) out there and selling a boat load of Vascepa. Maybe once that is in place for a few years then maybe we will be bought, but not until we can get as much for this company as possible! The wiser thing to do is hold on to this blockbuster drug and add to the portfolio. If you do it any other way, the top dogs would look like they failed because they threw in the hat too early and they really look like failures!!

To each their own. I'm not in this for the long term. I'm in this for the stock. The way I see it is that if any company offers a premium over the 'current' price, JT and board must sell. That's how public companies work. The big swallow the small. Has happened hundreds of time in our industry already. This is no different. You shouldn't always drink the free flowing kool-aid.
