By talent you mean how to kiss ass... pump herself up.. take credit for others work... YES those are all Stephanie Kavanagh's talents, but none of those are hidden!! It is truly amusing how she adds in her own comments to make it look lie at least one person thinks she is decent, possibly even human. NAH!!!! Impossible. She is Stephanie Kavangh, it is not in her genetic makeup! Outrageous, horrible person and boss. YES YES YES HER to a T!!!!

How you still have a job is beyond understanding to those of us over many years have had to work with you and left because of you, YET somehow you are still there. Even after exit interview after exit interview giving all the details of you deplorable behavior as a manager and your condescending personality which is a constant! I have no idea how you ever adopted such an idea, where you ever considered yourself good, but YOU ARE THE FARTHEST FROM THAT EVER, really you probably should look up what a good manager is, maybe Bill Daly or Damian Franz picture will show up, but you will be under the picture OMG RUN LIKE HELL FROM THE WORST MANAGER ON THE PLANET! Even people retired from Berlex/Bayer still talk about how horrible you are as a boss and what a completely immoral person you are!
 






it's clear bayer is the awful one in this situation. Stephanie is smart for being able to sit at home all day, cancel all her field visits, and lie and manipulate all her reps. Why does anyone do anything? Because they can. Stephanie knows she can play her game and no matter how many people complain Bayer will never do anything. I think we're just jealous she can do about whatever she wants and get away with it.

They are all bad. They ALL came from Novo Nordisk and are so bad. Favortism to the Novo reps and ZERO skills. How about that woman in Dallas area that the reps all left like 4 times over or the NY managers that are being investigated for crimes? The one in the Midwest who is being sued for harassment? it is a BAD place no doubt. and HORRIBLE leadership at the top. They talk only of making money in a business supposedly about patients and then now no one is making any money bc of goals. It is SUCH a ruse.

I worked for that b3k&odch! Watched her snake too many people under facade of doing the right thing.

You assume wrongly A$$ for me, don’t know about the original poster. Never worked at Amgen, the reputation has spread for and wide.

I actually worked for DO. Manipulative control freak who is a user and abuser of other people. She has massive black hole for a heart that can be filled. Watch her snake multiple people and even getting people fired under auspices of doing the right thing.
 


















Sunday morning funnies, always good for laugh. DO is under protection for now.

Few years ago while on a vacation with wife I did see DeannaO out boozing it up with one her reps that was a favorite girl buddy, real Girls Gone Wild!

We have it in WHC we call it Katie's fan club filled with her favorites. Painfully obvious its most of her old district.
