If you have employment issues, the best advice is to cut and run if at all possible. The cards are always stacked against you and favor the house except in rare circumstances. If you think you are a rare circumstance, think again before expending the exhausting effort it will take to prevail. Almost always, in the end you would have been farther ahead to have cut and run to continue your career with a better employer.
