Bad former managers





My vote for worst former manager is actually a soon-to-be former manager. HP- is there a leader in this company who offers less, produces less, has less respect of those she "leads", enjoys less respect of her peers, comes to the role with less experience and qualifications? This company should expect more!!!

AF is the worst!! Reps ran when he was hired. Gave him 12 months to learn the business....he doesn’t get it! Unbelievably bad hire by MD... but then again MD was an unbelievably bad hire. Largest hosp in territory mocks him. Why does he have a tan in the winter? Let’s hope they stay at ZOLL. Keep all the shit in one place.
 






AF is the moodiest manager I have ever worked for. He’s milking this job until he retires and barely works. Bob should wake up and realize our teams morale is really low and he fuels it. MD let’s him get away with it. Bubar was the best leader we had. MD chased him out for no reason

PR is and was a good dude and professional. This is just the type of person that Zoll can not retain.
PR is an outstanding leader and that's why Medtronic relentlessly pursued him. He thinks outside the box with innovative program and then he scales them. He developed the sit n fit and then took it to the next level with the meet n greet/sit n fit. God Speed PR.
