What a disaster UT has become. No direction on sales force. Bad hire as a NSD with SG. She is a virus. Greg doesn’t know what he is doing. GB cut bonus the minute he came into power while company making record sales and profits. Sales force is totally demoralized. A lot of people wanting to leave. Newly hired reps were lied to about potential payouts. The future is dark for us my friend.

SG has always been toxic and yet she has moved forward in this company. Why, because she plays the game well .She is very self-centered and has a huge prejudice against white males, unless you can of course you will influence her career . If you choose to stay, stop, listen and learn from her. She will make your life miserable and she is good at it. This company has reached it max potential for growth and the profits are now being allocated to other companies for their growth and potential earning. The CEO of this company is brilliant and she will use her skill sets and influence to obtain her goals, which for now is end organ development using pigs and 3-D printing of organs. Seemed like a pipe dream but they have come along way. So be realistic about your earning potential here, if you wish to make more money then UT if not a place for you. As for SG, she is not going any where and yes she is toxic and ver very vindictive. Stay as away for her as much as you can, play the game and look for another job.

Instead of this I would be worried about the competition in the inhaled market. RJ is very astute to the wants, needs and political game FDA plays. He left UT not by choice after he made the place. He will get what he wants from the FDA because he is smarter and wants it more. So fun to watched
