Not sure your information on quota is accurate. My manager hasn’t even mentioned quota. With all of the backorders, manufacturing issues, staffing problems and Covid outbreaks quota at this point is a useless number and based on what. Once the companies ducks are in a row and their issues are resolved then we can talk!

The board needs to clean house and get rid of these clowns. None of them were prepared, none of them had the ability to look forward and shift resources, they were all caught flat footed and they all have the deer in the headlights look. Frankly they’ve failed miserably!

Backorders getting worse? This is totally hilarious how we cannot seem to get things fixed. My manager sends texts daily about case volume to report up. Does anyone here watch the news? Complete idiot’s seem to be in charge! I love the movie Idiocracy and this is the real life current version!

Manufacturing, labor shortages, Covid shutdowns and supply chain only affect the company and have zero impact on the actual sellers it seems. Totally tone deaf!

Never just 1 reason. Poor planning across the board, no attention to detail and very poor messaging. You hear transparent but the real message is opaque. Departures not being communicated whether voluntary or involuntary. Company has huge upside and great products.
