I actually agree with this. I do feel we are safe with are jobs until next year because of the CV launch, TriJ, and high dose TR. But after that...I feel we are in trouble unless all these launches go well.

Also, I don't think we are heading back into the field for months (or even next year)...which is a very bad thing. This will contribute to our future layoffs because the launches won't do as well as expected.

I am not trying to scare anyone, but this is what I truly believe. I would like to know what everyone else thinks..

I’m in a contract position. Been back in the field about 6 weeks now. About 50% of my offices are open to reps. I suspect many with re-close to reps soon with the covid cases increasing again. This will certainly lead to layoffs. I know multiple reps who have already been laid off. No one is immune from this effect.

The DBU has wayyy too many reps. Oncology lies about calls and always has.. cut there. Overall.. too many people. 2021 will be a different year for sure

You can’t have successful launches when doing these launches virtually! It isn’t going to happen and then there definitely will be layoffs!

My DM is out of control in the DBU. They put unrealistic expectations on us that are not achievable unless we lie about some things. Hate to say it, but it's true
