i am soMeone who has been in hospitals for 10 years and I really like what I do. I was in hospitals at another company, now I am at shire, My suggestion is to ask your leaders what they think is the right thing to do for their employees. You do not understand what you are asking your employees to do and a lot of your sales team is losing confidence in you. The feeling is you do not care about your employees and I hope that isn’t true.

Hey sales colleagues - Look who finally woke up. Thanks for sharing what we already know about these locusts in charge. And if after being here for any amount of time you have to ask if they care, then YOU are part of the problem.

Brandon has done a lot for this team. Nothing can be perfect with our current supply situation. Was hiring BC a mistake? Maybe. But Brandon knows this business better than anyone.

He belongs in a conference room only talking during meetings. He thinks he knows everything because of “data”, and refuses to look at anything other than sales trends. We’re all fucked with him leading.

Exactly. Thus the stupid ass decisions that have been made lately. Intelligent guy who thinks so much of himself and his Jan8 pay out that he is willing to throw the rest of us under the bus in the meantime.

This guy has some serious delusions. A non sales leader rolls out some b.s. “vision” that was developed by marketing and consultants. He’ll get the positive response he wants from his team, but they are all laughing behind his back.
