B+L Rejects

I feel bad for those you who piece of crap BB as your manager in the NE- talk about a back-stabbing loser who doesn't work. Watch your back.....

Couldn't agree more. What the hell has BB done in his career? Mediocre at best. No awards, sales numbers suck = perfect Shire leadership. Not sure he's ever been ranked in the top half of the company...EVER. I hope all of his reps follow him into the world of low performance.

My goodness. How many poor B+L performers is Shire going to take? B+L is thanking Shire now for taking some people, especially in the Midwest. This late in the interview/staffing process it's obvious that they are now "scrapping the bottom of the barrel" to fill the remaining openings. So bad. Don't be so willing to settle Shire.

Hmm I am curious about this statement. First, of all the "Midwest" is a awfully larger area could you be more specific? Second, I wasn't looking for a job but was contacted last week about a Shire Ophthalmology position. So rather than saying they are scrapping the bottom maybe they have higher standards than other parts of the country?
What is the make base someone can expect?

jargon from someone who didn't get an offer from Shire.

well aren't you a nasty little person. I"m just trying to get a job. I'll get more from praying to Jesus's ankle than to your evil responses
There wasn't anything nasty about that response. It was correct. Your question isn't really one for this board. If you contact PrincetonOne, they should be able to tell you more. Posting on here won't help you get a job. Lighten up in the meantime! No one wants a grouch!

Why are we spending so much money on these people. They're obviously people who will bail on you at the first sign of trouble. They're the type that go into battle only to turn and run when things get tough. They're like people who cheat on their partners, they did it before and they'll do it again.
I guess I'm a B+L Reject then, and HAPPY to be one. Thank goodness I'm not there. Anyone who thinks those who left are "runners" and will do so when things get rough are ridiculous, which, by the way, is an insult to you who suggested it. It takes wisdom to know when to move on.
