Why are we spending so much money on these people. They're obviously people who will bail on you at the first sign of trouble. They're the type that go into battle only to turn and run when things get tough. They're like people who cheat on their partners, they did it before and they'll do it again.
 






True statement. How many Alcon reps are jumping ship to Shire? Not many. Certainly not as many as B+L. And you wonder why Alcon dominates every category and B+L dominates none.

Ok, look folks... Nobody is bailing on B+L, they are running away from Valeant! I'm one and I would be staying there if it were not for Valeant. How can you call us B+L rejects because we are trying to get away from the most unethical company there is. I tell you what, I'll take your 2 bright fuc$in nickels and you take a job with B+L/Valeant. And when you find out you have to sell Besivance off label to make goal/keep your job while you are living in a hotel room 4 nights a week because your territory is multiple states don't try to leave... You will get labeled

Ok, I know how bad Valeant is BC I left BL back in 2014 when I got the chance. However you can't blame selling Besi off label on them BC we had to do it before they bought us just to make goal as well when we were under BL, trust me I know BC I was a Blue rep. Valeant buying us was AWFUL things changed and the company started to go downhill FAST. The money sucked bases were horribly low and bonus, nobody got BC goal were unattainable. Don't act all holier than though BC anyone would leave that shit!

Ok, I know how bad Valeant is BC I left BL back in 2014 when I got the chance. My goodness. How many poor B+L performers is Shire going to take? B+L is thanking Shire now for taking some people, especially in the Midwest. This late in the interview/staffing process it's obvious that they are now "scrapping the bottom of the barrel" to fill the remaining openings. So bad. Don't be so willing to settle Shire.
