B+L Horror Stories

Wow...that's incredible. And her attitude is not even close to a positive demeanor that many receptionists try to project. I've talked with her at past national meetings and have been not impressed with her quality at all. How the heck can you go from receptionist to HR manager?!

Go to work at B+L. The rules are made to protect the mid-management from any blame for anything. They will promote anyone that protects mid-management and does their dirty deeds for them.
 












It's called favoritism and I need to pull someone into the organization that will cover my keester at all costs...

Allowing mid-management to hire incompetent people and take out competent people as a strategy for them to save their keesters is probably the #1 reason why B+L is a failed organization.
 






I actually love working at B&L and I've been working there for quite some time! It seems as though the only people carrying on and saying the place is horrible are disgruntled sales force workers. In fact, if you go on the message boards for any pharma company on this site, it's ALWAYS the sales force employees that keep complaining. I think it's high time you all consider non-commission/bonus based employment.....you'll all be much more happier.
