I agree. Santos is a special character.
I feel as though I need a bath every time he gives me a hug.
Even though he is sales director, I don't want to make a scene and be the odd one out.
But please,what an abuse of power...If he was not an SD he would not be getting a PD from me.
 






I have a suggestion for all of you who continue to bash management.
You cannot change them, but you can change the way they affect you...which is obviously your issue.
Why don't you ask them if they will create a pilot program for mgmt interns such as yourselves to help run the company? I bet you all can do a better job!!! And I am sure you think you can too!

I cannot wait for the dribble to come out of Dave's mouth at SAM and NSM.

Wow, by referencing SAM you've outed yourself as someone that's supposed to be a leader in the organization. Truly sad, I sure hope that you're not my boss 'cause you are pathetic.
 






Judging by the amount of posts here, all is not happy at Camp Avastin.
The biggest learning in my career so far has come from experiencing a bad manager.
Do we have the right people in the right place to navigate through this- time will tell.
Avastin faces numerous pressures, both externally and internally.
After Pascals note and sales to date, time to get that resume updated...

Listen, all the guys do is cover their asses. They could careless about us or what we think. Nothing is going to change. The mgrs in the SE are horrible and, they are clueless about sales. But if you need someone to tell you how to do anything, they will do it wether you want them to or not and, they are always right.
