Well seeing as we can not compliantly have a name for the drug approved because it is too misleading, it’s going to be a while IF it ever happens. The FDA are just toying with us because they know how inept we are.

If they get the orphan? They already got orphan designation. If there were any approval deficiencies they would have been given a CRL back in October. It's called a covid FDA delay. Jazz is nothing short of negligent for reformulating their twice nightly product to be low-sodium instead of buying Avadel's patent and creating a once nightly formulation.
Avadel is screwed. Won’t launch until after authorized generics are on the market
someone has to give the facts behind the opinion of why this company will be successful against Jazz and its wonderful drug Xyrem
