The wheels on the bus are falling off fast. Morale at it’s all time low. RBDs running terrified of their ACLs. DBMs running scared of their RBD and ACL. What the hell kind of monster did you create? Been here 11 years and never seen such disarray and chaos. Wake up! We have a lot on the line and you need to tell your ACLs, RBDs, and DBMs to knock it off. Tracker city and everything except allowing us to do our job and then if the numbers fall short, our jobs and pay on the line. Please make up your minds as to whether or not we are here to make trackers look pretty or sell meds. This is not working! HELP!!!! This is absolute chaos.

Could not agree more. Area VPs have sessions and act like high school cheerleaders with little substance. RBDs too. Never have I seen such a yes man/woman mentality. Metrics rule the day. Can some please answer me this? Where is the evidence that supports phone calls, emails and number of Veeva engage events drive business? Because there is no correlation.... if you want people to act like adults, treat them like adults. Shameful what “leadership” has done here.... shameful.

First step - level the field. RBD is RBD. DBM is DBM. DCS is DCS.

Second step - eliminate independent thought, customer relationships and sales acumen.

Third step - eliminate tenured, high paid, representatives and replace with inexpensive metric monkeys and/or contracted virtual sales force.

Doug and Brian, together, couldn’t decide what to order for lunch. Both are puppets of Copenhagen. Thinking they do anything but broadcast what they’re told to is naive on your part.

When you’re the President of NNI, the expectation is that you exercise some independent thought and give the orders. The Danes put Doug in the head role because they knew he’d act like a DCS and simply take orders. He has no voice. Just does what they say and nothing else.
