Well put! I could not agree with you more! It's been entirely too quiet! HR has begun to review people's files and are letting them go WITHOUT WARNING! Solid, performing reps with very good ranking LET GO! Even the managers were taken off guard. The thinning of the herd has begun! We are not valued here. It is a political shit show. Take the time this weekend, update your résumé, connect with recruiters, connect on LinkedIn! Market yourself! This vessel called B&L is taking on water and is going down. Exit on your terms not theirs! We are all better than what we have endured the last 12 months.

Well, look at the latest ranking reports and figure it out. I know a manager was let go in the NE.

Hair test for drugs, and same background as other pharma

Sales Force- you're not safe. This is what Valeant does. They won't inform the sales force of the cuts until they start handing out folders. They don't want you bad mouthing them to customers before the fact. When it happens, you're severance will be contingent on keeping your mouth shut.
