i had to leave Atherotech b/c i could not take it any longer...what about the survey that showed the majority were dissatisfied with everything including specific leaders? are they going to do anything to boost morale? i know someone out west that wants to work for atherotech, but i'm scared to refer him over there.
 






Kenneth is the one writing stuff on here. Nice dude and is probably trying to keep people motivated.

I dont think the company will be around much past next year so I have my feelers out right now. If I were you, I would not refer a friend for fear they loose thier job eventually

You're always working on some major contracts but they never seem to come through. VAP is a product that will never be adopted, at least not until certain things catch up and I don't think the company can hold on that long.

The negativity is warranted considering the working environment and the current incompetent management staff. They've been there to long and haven't turned things around yet, so what do you expect them to do with the limited contract time they have left?
 






The VAP is a great test with a huge benefit to its patients and medical community. Who cares about the looks of the sales force that sells it. People need to move past this thread

Worst management team ever! Very difficult to work for these guys, they are MICRO, I mean MICRO managing guys who have no idea how to manage a small start up company looking for visionary leadership and strategic change. All they are doing is repeating past mistakes. I would research hard before taking a job here, most reps are looking to leave...mostly due to management and numerous comp plan changes.

You are talking to a veteran here who left the company. What's amazing is that these managers are most focused on reports and critiquing a sales call (like pharma) rather than just letting the SEASONED SALES people they hired GO SELL!!!

It was ridiculous, I had to leave....good luck

I am really an AE with QUEST !!!!!!!!

i have been posting here for a few days and laughing my ass off. No wonder it is so easy to take business from Labcorp with all the jealousy that Ops has for Sales. Its bad over here, but nothing like you guys. And id your Sales people aren't making three time what Ops makes, then there really is problems at Labcorp.

Gosh, this was fun....you've been HAD !!!!!!
