ASR promotion question

good thing im not trying to convince anyone. thats what i made, believe it or not. granted it was a major metro area with a lot of business, but i negotiated hard. there was no way i was taking the flat 60 or 70k, screw that.

Yea, I still have a hard time believing that. I can see a little more for higher cost of living areas like NY and CA, but still not that high for an ASR. Standard rate is 50k flat out.

total bs. I was looking to make a move and interviewed with Stryker and they offered me an ASR position at 60k when I had 8 years experience. I actually laughed at the offer and moved on, can't blame them for trying.
