ASP is awful right now. Downright pathetic. Problem is it starts at the top. EC and MM are both toolbags and dumber than a bag of rocks. We have all kinds of supply challenges and the think the answer is to hide it from the field. Evotech has been on a stop ship for over a year. The chick who handles biologicals is mean as a rattlesnake and can't do her job worth a shit. And none of these people are held accountable for a damn thing.
 






I agree 100% with the above comments. I have been with ASP a little over 5 years and it has gotten really bad in the last year. The Marketing department is a joke and Senior Management doesn't have a clue on how to set up a comp plan. Product backorders across the board, but no quota adjustments. I can't sell if if you don't have product available. You will become an alcoholic just dealing with the frustration.
 






So is ASP still shitty? I know Evotech is back, but has that changed anything? Are people still leaving? I pretty much miss being at ASP like I would miss having the herp.
