Rep left because of pay. Better opportunities with other companies. Everyone looking to leave. Reps are not happy working here.

You say the rep left because of pay. What does the average ASP rep make? And what is at plan? The numbers the recruiter told me sound decent if it's real.

The plan is complicated. Realistic $150, maybe. They can hire new people to come in and take our jobs for less pay and the new hires will be happy to do so. That's whats so frustrating and moral is down.
