PIP’s and AP’s are excellent ways to get lazy reps to work! We know you guys only “work” a couple of hours a day, so a PIP will put the fear of God into you to hit the road and maybe work a full day! You should welcome field days so that you can tap into our knowledge base of skills to perform better. After all, we are managers for a reason!

The reason our NW team is so demotivated is that for years Brady Hill was a manager in the NW. He did nothing for us. He was a rude little micromanaging midget. Offices hated him. He did field rides with us wearing dirty t-shirts, shorts, and sandals. We were so embarrassed to be seen with him. He was rude to office staff and providers.
