To be fair... there are many amazing DSi reps, some getting just as screwed while their managers play favorites . The zip alignment they have really screws some of them. Many have been here over 10 years.

There is no allegiance to any of them. Unless you are a favorite you are just as screwed as an AR rep. Get those resumes out. DSI way under pays reps. What’s the definition of insanity? Repeated behavior with an expected different outcome.

It’s not happening. Expect a mass exodus soon, while is exactly what they wanted anyways. The favorites (good or bad) will remain and the titanic will continue to sink... fast
