Leadership was demoted, displaced, or let go. Replaced with DSI people
Yes , AR was retained only bc they realize they still need us around a little longer and previous poster was correct leadership was dumped and demoted . Not sure what’s going on with new structure . Hoping for answers next week
AR still gets treated bad, thanks a lot KW ! Cant believe you dumped Lori S and put in Messy or Fussy or whatever the name is; and then to add insult to injury you put in Butt Kiss Chris G as well.
It gets better. They chopped up an oncology territory and turned it into primary care size. Now I will have a DSI manager riding my ass about a territory where I can only see 2 accounts twice a year.
its a joke. YOU WILL GO THRU THIS AGAIN NEXT YEAR. I hope every rep displaced makes one more call to their top accounts and gets those clinics NEVER to allow another DSI thru the front door.

If AR was useless then why were every single one of them retained? They may not all be perfect but they have been pulling the wagon $$$. Best advice ...be on the team selling the top money making drugs
AR is useless??? Dsi reps can’t get access so they used us for a year to get our access. They use our names to access accounts. Dsi treats AR horrible. Accounts call us telling us how obnoxious DSI reps are. I watched a DSI rep detail a MD using a PATIENT HANDOUT. They have no clue on how to identify new potential patients that are under diagnosed. No passion and conduct quick useless ineffective calls. It’s painful to watch. This is a complete boys club company that does promote ass kissers. You have upper management thinking that DSI reps get things accomplish with Injectafer when they still don’t know answers to basic questions. If you don’t put up with their shit they will try to manage people out so make the decision to stay and know you will deal with this again next year. Other option, KISS ASS and accept being the red headed step child
For anyone in doubt regarding the value of SARS, please reference sales data before SARS and then reference the data after SARS had the product. If access and results came only from AR then why didn’t AR produce those numbers to begin with?

Seriously? Spoken like a true primary care rep who doesn’t understand the buy and bill sales cycle. Not pushing pills here. AR was JUST fine before.
The vulgarity is just unprofessional. Keep it classy people. Numbers were up EVERY month without DSI. Look at all the overhead the company incurred verses the gain in top line sales. Do the math and then explain how useless AR reps are.
I’m no PC rep and I perfectly understand B&B. It’s the easiest thing I’ve ever done. Try hanging in the cath lab for a few days. B&B is a vacation. Cause buy and bill is SO hard. Lol BTW, I’m not down on AR. I had a wonderful AR counterpart. He and I worked great together.

I never said AR was useless. And yes the numbers were up every week before SARS. But they were up, exponentially UP every week after SARS brought on board. 99 % of SARS are well experienced hospital account reps and precisely the reason they have been refocused to ensure success of the other products. We got your product over the hump for you. On to another challenge. Nighty Night.
I have worked in the carb lab and it’s super easy. Anyone can buy scrubs and look important . Just like anything, good and bad in any rep/ person .
