Are they still going to try to stick us 42 sales people and 7 DM's into ARI? I am not sure I want or nead a seat in this type of environment.

I hope the bitterness in this company is isolated just to that site?

With the reputation ARI has they don’t have a Chance of getting any real talent back there not to mention all the safety concerns with their drugs who want that kind of uncertainty
 


















It doesn't matter who gets let go now. It may have meant something before, but not now. Those making the decisions significantly lack appropriate judgment. Those that are "let go" from ARI have many options. I'm sure they are all good workers. You just can't tell who's good and who's not.

It's just not the same place anymore there has been so many good people let go for bogas reasons you never know who will be next. The lack of good decision making and judgement is a thing of the past. HR and management are a bunch of idiots and it is sad good people have been let go and the quality of employees left is poor. One can only hope we will be sold and a complete staffing change is made.

Trust me as an ex employee their better off i landed a job recently with great benny's more money than i was making there the ride may be a little longer but it is worth it, great non -back stabbing people friendly and willing to help you with problems not throw them in your face and then give you the boot i will i repeat will never work for Amgen or any company owned by Amgen again they all Suck!!!!

Well said this is how ARI runs daily if management don't fuck you the backstabbers will.
I also found a better company Amgen you suck.
