Sorry to both sides of the sales force! We are the PAWNS in this big mess! NO ONE is safe... The metrics.. It is called ZIP CODES.

I feel really bad for those "top performers" who really think they are "safe". Remember who told you that the higher ups who are making money off of you. If you think I am wrong... Look around to other buy-outs and listen to who was let go.. I know of several "top performers" were amazed when they didn't have jobs. This thing is going fast... Do you really think they will take the time to look at everyone's performance?! Oh I forgot that was the ISTA way of doing business and this is a B&L mess!

What ever happens I hope we don't hire M PARKER in Chicago she sounds like a nightmare! The drs & staff in offices can't stand her & I was told by ISTA reps they have been asked to keep her out of the office!! We don't need that kind of cancer!!
 



There are just as many terrible Bausch reps as Ista-this is Bausch's opportunity to dump these people. I hope that none of these losers keep their job over a good rep. I would rather have my Ista overlaps.

Okay.. Believe what you want... Just looking at past buy-outs and lay-offs from other companies. Most higher ups feel the the field sales force is replaceable. I know personally three different stories of Prez Club winners getting canned during a buy-out.. I do think B&L reps are a little safer because most ISTA reps are loyal. It will be hard to merge the two.

So again good luck to all! 50/50 chance! You are a fool to believe otherwise !
