The base pay for CSL Behring is low ($120) and the bonus at plan is unattainable for 70% of the division for CSL Behring.
The base pay for CSL Vifor is between $130k to $160 and the bonus is unknown.
 












What division are you interviewing for? Ig, Speciality, Co-Aug or CSL Vifor? CSL recently purchased Vifor, they function as a separate company. To start, pay is below stardard for rare disease, biotech company. New starts are $110-120K base. Bonus is $10K /quarter. For Ig/Immunology, goals are aggressive. Expect to make $8K/quarter. Good products and not a tremendous amount of pressure being rare disease. Very stable company that doesn't over hire. All meds are made from plasma. Please share division you are interviewing in and can shed more light.
 








Entire call point changed. Not a focus on hospitals anymore for Kcentra... Switching to allergists for a new drug launch...Base salary is a low side fow whole large the geography is.
