DM here - you may outrank me but your post doesn't make logical sense. Why should management keep thous under wraps ....if position not filled that's business decision.
 








Yes it is a business decision but with everything going on if they address the open position and don't fill it, the message sent is "downsizing management" and there will be a mass exodus (pursuing other companies before they are laid off). That being said JM should announce his resignation so his counterparts can see how upper management handles the situation, giving us an idea of what to do. Should we start looking else where? Job security? etc.

wow you people are idiots. He was let go, did not go to Gilead, and why the hell would he help anyone here or be looking on CP period.
