Are you looking?

Thanks Mark, we appreciate your evaluation of yourself. The 7 or 8 reps that left because of you might disagree with how "solid" you are. I am out of here as soon as I can find anything. Management here is the biggest joke in the industry.

That's too funny...especially since he's not even a manger anymore!

I'm not sure why all of you are not grateful to have worked for this company. I left on good terms and can tell you that it's not pretty out there and Medco is a one of a kind company. I had a great experience there and would go back if I could. And seriously, what is the matter with all you people squabbling over your $125,000/yr and up salary? Do you have any idea what most of the working world makes in a year? We are all extremely blessed to make this kind of money!

Well put. Same boat and from the outside looking in...I would rather have a company fly by the seat of their pants to adapt than to just keep pushing the same sales ideologies laden with more and more restrictions.

If by "one of a kind" you mean a company that lies to its employees and has no idea what direction it needs to take to secure a solid future in the industry, then I totally agree with you. If you can see past the horrible leadership and management then you should go back.

Medco crapped all over dozens and dozens of its best employees, and if you didn't see that you left too soon or are blind. All those employees ever asked was to be treated with professionalism and respect - not to put in years of award winning service to be told they were not good reps anymore. Business is business, but there are much better ways to handle situations like that, and the Medco management team bungled it very badly.

I have always thought it was Karma that they let so many of their top Angiomax reps go - only to get a patent extension and lose Cleviprex (which still won't make it). I am sure Medco 5.0 will solve all of that though : P
