It works on the GCC in the gut to release CL- ions into the intestinal lumen. That sounds alot like Amitiza to me. I'm sure your trainers told you otherwise in order to "pump you up". Bottom line-It does the same thing, with one exception. Amitiza causes Nausea and Linzess kills mice.

Amitiza doesn't work on the GC-C....I sold it. It does cause a release of CL-ions into the lumen but not via the GC-C. A lot of products cause a release of CL-ions into the lumen. None have done it via binding to GC-C receptors. There are 2 coming that work this way however.

I find this thread to be overwhelmingly offensive and antisemitic. I've been in contact with C-levels at Ironwood and Forest Labs about it and you should all be ashamed.
I'm a patient who has suffered for years with IBS-C and none of the other (two) drugs that your competitors worked for me. So, yes. We're ready for this drug to hit the shelves as fast as it possibly can. This drug is effective and has no intolerable side effects. Your so-called data can say it kills mice all it wants. You know what else kills mice? Shoes. Let's stop selling them, too.
If you couldn't take a shit for years on your own, you'd want this drug to come out as fast as it possibly could, too. No one cares if it's a week before your precious Christmas vacation, Labor Day, or your mom's birthday. This is your job. Do it. Or shove it up your ass and see what it feels like.

We are the specialists whether you accept it or not. Most of us are making double the pay compared with you. We will generate double the rX's too. Stay away from my GI's. They are specialists and we are specialists.
 












The Drs wish you worthless iron head reps would just stay away. We can handle them just fine and you leave to many samples which keeps me from getting in and getting my sigs. We all would be better off if you all just went away

Fuck you. All I give a shit about are my signatures. I don't need a so called "specialist" in my way, the more sigs I get, the harder it looks like I worked. This job is a big game, buttercup, haven't you figured that out yet? FSR and IW specialists = in my way

You must not work for Forest. It's all about how many sigs you get a day, how much candy you buy for offices, how many lunches/breakfasts, and speaker programs you can do. You should have seen this place before we joined pharma code. They think if you do all these things, sales will follow.

it's called a drug launch. These things listed are not the end goal but the activities are a mechanism by which you gain time to sell and educate.

counting signatures may well be a sign of no trust but trust is a two way street. Lack of trust can come from not working a full day, etc. Trust is earned not given out.

If you hire good people, you don't have to worry about them working. There in lies one problem. These idiot DM's can't hire the right people to begin with. Forest does not want creative, independent Reps. They want you to shut up, do your job, kiss ass, and never ever stir the pot. Secondly, these DM's were horrible Reps. How could you possibily expect them to hire a good candidate. There are exceptions, they usually leave.

So come up with all the gay sayings you want about trust, it does not change the fact that there is ZERO here. And that goes in all directions. No one trusts anyone. It is extremely dysfunctional, unproductive, and make for a hostile work environment. Time to GTFO of here.
