Sorry you don’t have a good DEMS because many work their butt off. Do you really think it’s just DEMS that don’t work? The same can probably be said for many MS’s. Please don’t take your personal experience and generalize it for all the DEMS.

While you work your asses off each day but go to bed each night fearing for your job, remember that the ever expanding diversity group is sleeping very well. Less money for you, more money to improve the ESG score.

Once the undesirables are gone, they will find contractors or vendor out as many roles as possible.

Most of Oncology is looking for other opportunities. Promotion of people that aren’t qualified , general lack of experienced management - in the field and at c suite level. So many poor decisions made. Give it back to the local representatives that know how to get it done. So much potential in this space but not going to happen with the culture declining rapidly and uncalled for micromanagement.
