Mindray wins deals on price not clinical ability . None of their products are top performers but always the cheapest. If you want to sell your soul to work for the Chinese go for it . Most reps last 2 years .
 








I didn't realize Datascope had been bought and absorbed into Mindray. Datascope definitely liked to compete/win on price. At least they sure did when I was selling their first ever anesthesia machine when I worked for a distributor 20 some years ago now.

Have a friend who worked there. He made a lot of money - but said the ethics (or lack thereof) and the overall culture gave him a really bad feel - so he left. He's making less but says he sleeps really well at night now. Sounds like if you can duck your conscience, it's a good place to work.
